Aneesa earned her MFA from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco. Her creative work has appeared in Fanzine, Fringe, Storychord, The South Carolina Review and elsewhere. Previously an editor and marketer for professional books for educators, she works on the EdSurge marketing team.
