Anni Kumar has been the head of the Computer Science department at Vikas Bharati Public School since 2007. With a Master's in Computer Science and MCA, Anni has more than 19 years of teaching experience. A storehouse of fresh ideas and profound knowledge, she has established herself as an innovator through the research and implementation of a directory of accessible software for supporting teachers. She has played a substantial role in the enrichment of curriculum and pedagogy by ICT tools for teaching and learning needed for the digital world for higher studies and gainful employment, promoting critical thinking and analytical skills. Anni was awarded the prestigious National ICT Award 2019. She is also UNESCO MGEIP Master Trainer and has authored four series of computer science textbooks for classes 1 to 8. She has also developed a Digital Citizenship course and an AR VR course for CBSE in collaboration with Meta and 1M1B.
