Brad Simala has 20 years of experience in the education field. He is currently an elementary principal in the Elizabeth Forward School District. He has served as the principal of William Penn Elementary for the past 11 years. Mr. Simala received his degrees from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and California University of Pennsylvania. He is currently attending Drexel University for his EdD. His dissertation is focusing on Kindergarten Readiness and Transition activities for Pre School aged children. Mr. Simala serves on the Allegheny Intermediate Unit’s Pre K Transition Team. Mr. Simala has dedicated the last 10 years to educational research in the area of Kindergarten Readiness and Transition.
