Clifford oversees the Clayton Christensen Institute’s Blended Learning Universe, a comprehensive online hub filled with blended-learning resources and practical guides, as well as a dynamic directory of blended-learning programs worldwide. In addition to keeping the BLU humming, he also manages the Institute’s online course offerings on Coursera and Khan Academy and assists research fellows with ongoing projects.
Prior to joining the Institute, Clifford worked as a CPU design engineer for a large semiconductor company. While working in the tech industry, he also taught test-prep courses for Kaplan, completed a year of graduate coursework in Educational Policy at Arizona State University, and built an online college outreach platform serving Title I students in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Clifford earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
