Colin McKaig is a lifelong educator, with 30 years in the classroom teaching English language arts.
Four years ago, he changed jobs to become a technology integration specialist with the Springfield School District in Vermont, following up on his long-time passion for bringing technology into his classrooms.
He currently works with educators and their students, teaching them about the many technologies available in education and advocating for students to engage in careers in computer science. His research interests center on technology and the arts, especially mobile devices in schools.
McKaig received his BA in English Literature from Keene State College, and his MFA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
