Colleen Collins is the Director at CICS West Belden in Chicago. She supported the school's Pilot Teams through the LEAP Breakthrough Schools NGLC Planning grant in 2014. She helped take CICS West Belden's Personalized Learning model to scale in 2015 through the LEAP Breakthrough Schools NGLC Implementation Grant.
