Dana Weeks serves as the head of Germantown Friends School (GFS), a Quaker independent school in Philadelphia, Pa. Prior to her leadership at GFS, Dana worked at Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn, N.Y., where she held teaching and administrative roles for 23 years. She holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton with a double major in Chemistry Management and Philosophy, an M.A. in Philosophy from Villanova University, and she completed additional graduate courses in Cell Physiology and Molecular Biology at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University where she was a Visiting Scholar.
