Mr. Dennis Duquette has been the Head of Community Responsibility and President of the MassMutual Foundation at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company since December 2016. Mr. Duquette has more than 30 years of financial services industry experience, including oversight of community relations and brand development. He leads initiatives such as the FutureSmartSM program, which is helping to address the critical need for youth financial literacy; LifeBridgeSM, which provides income-eligible families with free term life insurance that protects their children’s education; and Mutual ImpactSM, MassMutual’s employee giving program. Prior to joining MassMutual, Mr. Duquette was with Fidelity Investments since 1989.
