Dwight Carter is an award-winning Principal at New Albany High School in New Albany, OH. The 1500 student high school is diverse in race, ethnicity, interests, and course offerings. His focus has been and continues to be establishing positive relationships with stakeholders in order to do what is best for students. Dwight’s purpose is to positively change lives and impact futures and he believes in the power of collaboration, continuous learning, hard work, and celebrating progress and achievement of students, staff and faculty.
