Gayle Allen spent nearly two decades as a teacher, school leader, and founder of two professional learning institutes. She holds an Ed.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she focused her research on teacher learning, and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership.
