Imani Goffney is an assistant professor of Mathematics Education at University of Maryland- College Park. Her research focuses on mathematics instruction and on interventions designed to improve its quality and effectiveness, especially for students not traditionally served well by our educational system. She is an integral member of the EF+Math community, participating on five R&D teams, one of which she is a co-principal investigator.
