Jason Palmer is General Partner at New Markets Venture Partners, one of the nation's leading education-focused venture capital firms. Prior to joining New Markets, Jason served as Deputy Director of Postsecondary Success at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and held a series of executive positions at Microsoft, SchoolNet and Kaplan. Earlier in his career, Jason founded and grew three investor-backed technology and services companies. Jason holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
