Jim Goodell is an international expert on learning technologies and education data standards. He serves as Senior Analyst at Quality Information Partners, where his work leading the development of the U.S. Department of Education-funded Common Education Data Standards and various other projects has allowed him to participate in innovative education technology initiatives across P20W (early learning, K12, postsecondary, and workforce). He is a member of the Credential Registry Technical Advisory Group, Credential Ecosystem Mapping Project, T3 Innovation Network Work Groups, and chairs the IEEE Competency Data Standards Working Group.
