Jon Hanover is the founder and executive director of Roots Elementary School. Before launching Roots, he was a founding kindergarten teacher and grade level chair at Rocky Mountain Prep and a Teach for America corps member. Prior to entering the classroom, Jon worked on the investment team at the Charter School Growth Fund. He began his career at Bain & Company where he advised clients on strategy, management and operations. Jon graduated with honors from Harvard University.
