Joseph Sanfilippo is a former classroom educator and Director of Technology. Currently he is the Director of eLearning for Teq and creator of their OTIS platform for online professional development. He has been assisting schools in their development and implementation of professional development plans on the effective use of technology in the classroom for 10 years.
