Karen Nemeth, Ed.M. is an author and consulting editor for NAEYC and has developed content on teaching dual language learners for Head Start’s Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center website. She is the author of four early childhood education books and numerous articles. Formerly an education specialist for the New Jersey Department of Education Office of Preschool, Karen now consults with preschool programs and school districts across the country and is frequently an invited speaker on early childhood education.
