Kip Glazer is a principal of Mountain View High School in Mountain View, California. She has been a classroom teacher, technology coach and school administrator for over 20 years. As an immigrant and an English learner, she is passionate about leveraging technology to ensure universal access for all students. For nearly a decade, she has worked with a number of learning science researchers in connecting research to practice in the K-16 education space. She is a 2023 CSTA Equity Fellow and a member of the Engage AI Practitioner Advisory Board. She holds a B.A. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, an M.A.E. from Chapman University and an Ed.D. from Pepperdine University.
