Lauren Waldron has been teaching at Bearden Middle School in Knoxville, TN for eight years. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2009, she began as a teacher’s aide in the Special Education Department. Three years later, she took her current position as a 6th grade math teacher at the school. She enjoys trying out new activities to get her students more involved in their math learning.
Lauren and her husband have lived in Knoxville for almost nine years. They have a 5 year old daughter and a 1 year old son. In her free time, Lauren enjoys music, crafting, and spending time with her family.
