Lindsay Mottley is a Richmond, VA native who has spent her 16-year career as a special education teacher and school leader in the metro area. Mottley is the principal at Bettie Weaver Elementary School in Chesterfield County. She is passionate about service-learning, student voice and creating authentic educational experiences for students. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Longwood University and a post-master’s certificate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mottley and her husband reside in Hanover County with their two children.
