Dr. Lisa Milenkovic has a background in environmental analytical chemistry and worked as a quality assurance manager, consultant, chemistry professor and volunteer before becoming the STEM and computer science curriculum supervisor for Broward Schools. Broward County Public Schools has implemented a comprehensive STEM education program to transform computer science teaching and culture using a broad menu of tools, such as Minecraft Education, to engage diverse students with opportunities to excel.
