Marcy Baughman is the Director of Impact Research for Macmillan Learning. She has been the principal or co-principal investigator on multiple research studies that have examined how implementation affects the efficacy of digital programs and tools with learners.
In addition, she has served as an invited panel member on Disseminating Findings to the Field for the What Works Clearinghouse Research and the U.S. Department of Education’s Ready to Learn expert panel.
She studied Research Methodology in the College of Education at the University of Pittsburgh.
