Mark Engstrom is the head of middle and upper school at Allen Academy in Bryan, Texas, which has about 20 teachers and 170 students across the two divisions.
He was a classroom teacher for 15 years and transitioned to administration in 2012, determined to push his schools towards integrating technology in a more meaningful way. Before coming to Allen, Engstrom held teaching and leadership positions in Korea, the U.S., Mexico, the United Arab Emirates and Brazil.
