Mark Holloway is a social impact coach, philanthropist and community organizer based in Portland, Ore., who most recently helped plan and lift his local community’s Preschool for All effort to victory in the November 2020 election.
He served as CEO of Portland’s only venture philanthropy foundation, Social Venture Partners, for 12 years, engaging more than 400 donors and community leaders to invest their money, expertise and social capital in solving Portland's most pressing community problems.
Holloway has a degree in communications from Loyola University New Orleans as well as master degrees in both business and theology from the University of Notre Dame. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for PERIOD. The Menstrual Movement and Oregon Community Foundation’s Latino Partnership Program Advisory Board.
