Marshall Thomas is a biologist, educator, and the founder of Enact Academy, a professional learning graduate program in which teachers earn credit for improving their practice. He completed a PhD in biology and a postdoctoral fellowship in education at Harvard. Prior to founding Enact, he was an Assistant Professor and Director of the Division of Basic Sciences atUGHE, a new medical school in Rwanda. Thomas was also on the faculty and developed innovative online courses at Harvard Medical School, and he has authored many peer-reviewed research papers and reviews.
