Meredith is a deep believer in the power of education to eliminate racial inequality. She is the co-founder and chief design officer of The Primary School, a nonprofit organization dedicated to dramatically improving outcomes for children by rethinking how the primary education and primary care systems work together. The Primary School was seeded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
Prior to co-founding The Primary School, she was the chief financial officer at Match Education, a charter management organization and teacher training program, and served as a dean and then board member at Codman Academy, a Boston high school co-located with a health center. Meredith also served as the managing director of the School Turnaround Group at Mass Insight Education, partnering with state and local education agencies across the country to support the lowest performing schools. She began her career at Bain & Company.
Meredith earned a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA with distinction at the Harvard Business School. She is also a proud graduate of the D.C. Public Schools.
