Meredith Whye is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to her Ph.D., she was a Fulbright Fellow to Kenya and an early childhood teacher with Teach for America. She has worked in the Wisconsin Senate and held various education policy positions. Currently, she is Education Graduate Research Scholar and studying Swahili with a FLAS Fellowship.
