Mikaila Waters is the design director of Gradeable, an online portfolio and standards-based grading tool. Mikaila is on leave from the architecture masters program at MIT in Cambridge, MA. Mikaila is a UI designer and front-end developer and the daughter of a thirty year veteran NY public school teacher.
