Nicole has more than 25 years of experience in secondary-level schools throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and Kentucky. Most recently, Nicole served as a middle school principal at a Verizon Innovative Learning School and led her school through onboarding, implementing, and successfully sustaining the program. Nicole received her B.S. in English with a minor in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her M.A. in Educational Leadership from George Washington University.
