Prateek Aneja is a Vice President at University Ventures. Prateek has over 10 years of investment banking, corporate development and private equity experience focused exclusively on the education sector. Most recently, he was an investment banker in the Education Technology & Services team at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, Prateek worked at Epic Partners, an education-focused private equity firm. Prior to his role at Epic, he was in the corporate development / M&A team at Laureate Education, one of the world’s largest higher education companies, where he was responsible for evaluating higher education investments in Asia. Prateek began his career at ThinkEquity Partners, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on transactions in the education technology sector. Prateek received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.
