Scott Van Pelt is the associate director of the communication program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also co-author of the forthcoming book, The Great Upheaval: Higher Education’s Past, Present, and Uncertain Future (Johns Hopkins University Press, September 2021).
