Stan is the State Educational Technology Director and online learning specialist at the New Hampshire Department of Education. His focus is on ICT Literacy and online teacher professional development that supports technology integration, blended learning, and competency based education. Stan received bachelor's’ degrees in both physics and biology, and earned master’s degrees in limnology and oceanography, and education. Stan has worked in the Office of Educational Technology for over ten years. Prior joining the Department of Education, Stan taught a variety of sciences at the secondary and postsecondary levels, both in the online and face to face environments.
