Dr. Stephenson is a Project Director for Learning Experience Design with Digital Promise. In that role, Dr. Stephenson leads a portfolio of projects centered around practitioner-industry partnerships. She brings her expertise in change leadership, literacy development, and learner variability to the professional learning experiences she designs.
Dr. Stephenson has 17 years of experience in education, both in K-12 public schools as a teacher and administrator, and in higher education. She earned her Ed.D. in Instructional Technology from Towson University with a research focus on school leadership in one-to-one computing environments.
