Stefanina Baker teaches 11th and 12th grade English Language Arts inclusion classes at William Penn High School in the Colonial School district located in New Castle, Delaware. She is dually certified in special education and ELA. In addition to teaching, she manages a caseload of students with IEPs and is one of the educational technology coordinators at her high school.
