Dr. Steve Rappaport has 25 years of experience in education and technology. Early in his career, he had technology-based executive positions at Rutgers University, a large K-12 school, and Baruch College/CUNY. After leaving academic administration, Dr. Rappaport was Senior Public Sector Consultant for an analytical software company, managed a national education sales division for an Internet company, and served as Director of Network Initiatives with Internet2, Director of ThinkQuest programs worldwide, and Executive Director of Strategic Planning with ETS.
Most recently, Dr. Rappaport created and managed EdNET Insight, a decision support service providing research and consulting services to companies in the education industry. He also led three national educational technology initiatives, and was recognized for his contributions in 2004 when he received ISTE's "Making It Happen" award.
As a consultant to companies in the education industry, Dr. Rappaport helps companies with their tactical and strategic challenges, including market research, strategic planning, and business development.
