Sylvia Martinez is the co-author of the book, Invent To Learn: Making, Tinkering, and Engineering in the Classroom, which has been hailed as the bible of the classroom maker movement. Prior to that, Sylvia ran an educational non-profit, designed educational software, video games, and was an aerospace engineer. She holds an MA in educational technology and BS in electrical engineering.
