Tony Ngo

Tony began his career with Morgan Stanley as an investment banker and built a finance career on Wall Street at Bridger Capital, a hedge fund based in New York, NY, where he worked from 2008 to 2015. However, Tony has long held a passion for youth leadership development. In 2004, Tony co-founded UNAVSA, the largest non-profit in the Vietnamese American community focusing on youth leadership development. In 2009, Tony founded Sponsors for Educational Opportunity – Vietnam (SEO-Vietnam), a non-profit developing a network of professionals who make a difference, which operates Vietnam’s largest and most prestigious internship programs. Most importantly, in 2011 Tony co-founded Everest Education, and in 2015, Tony left the finance world to be Chairman and Co-CEO of Everest Education.
