Brief Biography
Troy Wheeler currently serves as the President of the Ed-Fi Alliance, bringing to the role 28 years’ experience working on education solutions in the high tech industry. In his previous role as VP of Strategic Market Development for the Ed-Fi Alliance, Troy was instrumental to the tremendous growth and success of the Ed-Fi Community of licensees. Prior to the Ed-Fi Alliance, Troy served as the CIO for the Idaho Department of Education. In that capacity, he was responsible for Idaho’s data management systems and also played a critical role in the development of a comprehensive education reform for Idaho classrooms.
