Dr. Vanessa Monterosa currently serves as Co-Chair for ISTE's Digital Citizenship PLN. She is a Program & Policy Development Specialist with the Los Angeles Unified School District where she engages in praxis-oriented work, synthesizing research and data to inform district-wide reports and policies, supporting the implementation of instructional technology, and coordinating system-level digital citizenship efforts. Dr. Monterosa has a doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University, Long Beach and an Ed.M. in Technology, Innovation, Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
