Vera is an Associate at Achieve Partners and an MBA/MSEd dual-degree candidate at the Wharton School. As a first-generation college student, she dedicates her time to sourcing, investing, and scaling businesses to create employment pathways, especially for students with diverse backgrounds. Prior, Vera worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in the Miami office with a specialization in education and retail. She graduated from Rice University with B.A. in Statistics and B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis. During her free time, Vera enjoys horseback riding, baking, and mentoring high school and college students.
