Xiaofei is passionate about international education and how emerging technologies can transform learning and improve education outcomes internationally. At Harvard, she was the Chair of Harvard China Education Symposium 2014 Conference. She worked as a course developer at HarvardX and also co-wrote a book on the influence of MOOCs on higher education in China. Before Ed school, she worked in policy research and management consulting. Xiaofei is a graduate of Harvard Graduate School of Education and Tsinghua University in Beijing.
